SureSlip uses a limited set of account, conversation, upload, and payment information to operate the product safely and correctly across the website and Telegram. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.
We collect only what is necessary to operate the product:
- Account email where a user uses magic-link sign-in
- Telegram user and chat identifiers where a user interacts through Telegram
- Uploaded slip images and submitted betting content provided for analysis
- Usage and balance records needed to run access, tokens, or payment state
- Payment-related records needed to reconcile purchases
- Preferences such as notification settings or onboarding state where relevant
- To authenticate users and manage account access
- To analyse slips and answer football questions
- To track token balance or access state
- To process and reconcile payments
- To support onboarding, profile, and Telegram continuation flows
- To send product notifications where a user has enabled them
SureSlip operates across both the website and Telegram. Some information is used to connect these surfaces so a user can continue their experience cleanly across both. This connection relies on identifiers shared between the surfaces, not on tracking across unrelated services.
Image uploads are used for slip analysis. Submitted text, booking codes, and related betting content are processed to return product outputs. Uploaded content is handled narrowly for the requested product purpose and is not used for unrelated purposes.
SureSlip currently uses Paystack for payment handling. Payment providers process checkout transactions on their own secure surfaces. SureSlip retains only the records needed to confirm payment, update access, or support billing issues.
The SureSlip website may use essential session storage or cookies to keep users signed in and maintain active flows between pages. These are necessary for the product to function correctly and are not used for advertising or tracking purposes.
We keep only what is needed for product operation, account continuity, support, and payment reconciliation. We do not retain data beyond what is necessary for these purposes.
